If for any reason you want to re-instate a user that has been archived, this article will guide you through the process. Begin by clicking Admin on the oneHR main menu.
From here, click Employee Management from the Admin sub-menu.
Once here, select Former in the employee drop down menu to view a list of archived employees.
Once you have your list of former employees, click Edit alongside the relevant employee. You will be presented with the option to restore this user. Click Restore Employee.
This employee's profile will now be added back to the current employee listing. Head to Employees in the oneHR main menu to find this restored profile.
