Restoring an Archived user

How to restore an employee profile that has been previously archived.

If for any reason you want to restore a user that has been archived, this article will guide you through the process. Begin by clicking Employees on the oneHR main menu.

From here, change the filter dropdown from Current to Former, to see the list of archived users.

Once you have your list of former employees, click into the profile of the relevant employee. Click View Details from the note highlighted in red.

From the pop up box, you will see the details of this employee's archive. Click Restore, and this employee will be added back to the list of current users.

Return to the Current Employee list, click on the newly restored employee's profile, and click Edit User. Ensure the checkbox titled Enabled is ticked, and check the box titled Welcome Email, then click Update. This will resend this employee's Welcome Email, and ensure they have access to the system again.
