Here is a list of some of our most frequently asked questions with some links to corresponding guides that you will find useful.

How do I log in?

If it is your first time logging into your oneHR account here is a guide to get started. If you have logged into oneHR before click here and select log in to access your account.

How do I reset my password?

If you forget your password or want to reset it access your log in page by clicking here , submit your email address and press continue. This will open up your oneHR account. Then select forgotten password. This will send you an email allowing you to reset your password.

How do I book leave?

Booking leave is quick and simple. Once you request leave an email notification will be sent to your manager. Click here for a guide on booking your leave.

How do I view documents?

If you need to view documents in your oneHR account select the document tab. Here you will be able to view any documents that have been assigned to yourself.

How do I mark a task as complete?

If a task you have a task assigned to yourself you can mark it as complete. Click here for a guide on marking as complete.

How do I cancel leave?

If you book leave and then decide to cancel or edit it start off by selecting leave to view the calendar. Select the dates you have booked off and then press cancel. If you have booked a half day select the half day, select the time you have booked off i.e. 09:00 - 13:00 and then press cancel. If your leave has already been accepted contact management.
