There are four different Health and Safety roles on oneSAFE: Competent Person, First Aider, Mental Health First Aider, Fire Marshal.
To assign any of these roles to relevant employees on oneSAFE, first click Employees in the oneSAFE main menu.
Navigate to the relevant employee and access their profile. In the employee profile sub-menu, click Health & Safety.
Here you will find a checkbox for each of the Health & Safety roles. Check the relevant role(s), then click Update in the top right corner.
Once updated, you will be able to see an overview of which employees these roles are assigned to on the dashboard.
