There are four different Health and Safety roles on oneHR: Competent Person, First Aider, Mental Health First Aider, Fire Marshal.

To assign any of these roles to relevant employees on oneHR, first click on the Employees section in the main left-hand side menu.

Navigate to the relevant employee and click on their name to access their profile. In the employee profile menu, click on Health & Safety.

Here you will find a checkbox for each of the Health & Safety roles. Check the relevant role(s), then click update in the top right corner.

Once updated, you will be able to see an overview of which employees these roles are assigned to on the Home dashboard.
