All You Need to Know About the OneLocal Dashboard

The dashboard homepage has been streamlined to show you at a glance how well your products are working for you. It gives you a more in-depth look at the stats that are important to your business, while maintaining a simple and easy-to-use layout. 

It’s separated into two main components – Stats and the Activity Feed

Stats

This section displays a marketing performance summary of all your products, and can be adjusted to show the stats that are most helpful and relevant to you and your business. For example, with LocalReviews, the card displays the total number of Online Reviews received, with the breakdown from each platform that you currently have connected (i.e. Google, Facebook, and so on).  


Activity Feed

Further down the page, the activity feed gives you clarity into what's happening with your marketing efforts. It displays a feed of live information (including updates and highlights) for the different accounts that have been connected. For example, if you have LocalReviews, it will give you an update on the new review, show you which account/platform it was on, the type of review (i.e. positive or negative), and the comment the reviewer left. 

On the Highlights tab, you’re provided with some important information, including quick access to your survey links and links to our product-specific Help Centre pages.
