Adding your Referral Program to your Website
As part of LocalReferrals, you can add an iframe onto your website to allow customers to sign up for your referral program with ease. To get the most out of your referral program, we also recommend including a description of your program on your booking/services page.
This is an example of what your iframe could look like.
Get your Iframe Code:
Open your OneLocal Dashboard
Visit Settings / LocalReferrals / Widget
Copy the code to either embed on a webpage or as a popup
Add the iFrame to your web page:
Open your Website Manager and paste the iFrame code where you want to display your LocalReferral Program. We recommend adding a link in your toolbar or a special call out on your homepage that explains what Advocates can earn, to tell Customers about your program (ex. Get a Free Cleaning! or Get $20)
Once you are on this page, paste your iFrame snippet that looks something like this and save: <iframe width="100%" height="850px" style="border: none;" src="http://my-referral.co/johns-pizza-abc?embed="</iframe>

Publish your changes & your LocalReferrals page should now be embedded on your website!
Finding the Iframe Code to embed the LocalReferrals page on your Website
Here are the steps to take in order to obtain the Iframe code:
Copy this code and paste it in any document editor (Word, Google Doc, etc.):<iframe width="100%" height="850px" style="border:none;" [INSERT LINK HERE]?embed"=</iframe>
Go to your Dashboard and under "Home" find "Your OneLocal Links"
Copy your LocalReferrals Link and paste it in the code above to replace [INSERT LINK HERE]
Your Iframe Code should look like this:

Displaying your referral widget in a popup
Copy the script displayed under section "Display in a popup" and add it to the header section for your website's HTML code.
To trigger the popup, you will need to call the following function (e.g. from a button click) ReferralModal.open()
Optional: you can also close the modal with the function ReferralModal.close() , but this is not required as the popup already has a close button within it.
How to add your LocalReferrals Link to an email signature
Adding your LocalReferrals Link to your signature is the easiest way to get exposure for your referral program. Your customers will see the link every time you send them an email!
To add the link to your signature, simply include a line of text outlining your reward program under your name and phone number. We recommend adding something like:
Refer a Friend & get 50% off your next service.
Give a $20 discount to a Friend!
You can edit your signature in your email provider's settings (see instructions for Gmail here). Once you added the text, attach it to your LocalReferrals Link (my-referral.co/[youruniqueidentifier]) and you're done! Make sure to get all your team members to do the same.
