Facebook Lead Ads campaigns allow you to capture leads easily and quickly, all within the Facebook interface.

What are Lead Ads?

Once the ad is clicked on, a form will natively appear on the screen asking for their contact details (name, phone, email, and any custom questions). It will explain that the contact information will be used to contact them about the advertised service. These fields will be pre-populated with their Facebook contact information, making the lead generation process easy! All they need to do is tap a few buttons to submit their information.

How To Access Your Leads

Facebook Page

On the left-hand side of your Facebook page, select "Lead Center" to find your leads. From there, you can download and export your leads to a CSV file. If you do not have "Lead Centre" on your page, click "Publishing Tools" and scroll down to the "Lead Ads Forms" to find your leads.

Your leads will be added to LocalContacts with the Source as "LocalAds". Additionally, you can receive a text message notification from us when you have a new lead.
