To stop your automatic payment subscription please follow these instructions.

Please note: These instructions allow you to cancel future automatic payments only. Once an automatic payment has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

For subscriptions paid via PayPal:
​Log in to your PayPal account.
Click the gear symbol in the top right hand corner of the page.
Click ”Payments”, it is the third tab along in the menu.
Click ”Manage pre-approved payments” in the pre-approved payments section.
Find OneMind Dogs in the payment list and click on it.
Click “cancel” in the top left corner and follow the instructions.

For subscriptions paid via a PayPal Business Account:
​Log in to your PayPal account.
Click "Profile" in the top right hand corner of the page.
Click ”Profile and settings”.
Click ”Financial information” it is the second tab down.
Find "My pre-approved payments" and click "update" to the right.
Find OneMind Dogs in the payment list and click on it.
Click “cancel” in the top left corner and follow the instructions

For subscriptions paid via Stripe/credit card:
Visit the Account Settings Page.
Find your recurring subscription in My Subscriptions table and click “cancel” in the Status column. 

Following the above instructions will stop any future renewal of this subscription, however your current membership will continue for the time that you have already paid for.
