Whenever you need to invite more signers or witnesses, you can do it online with OneNotary. You can add up to 6 people to the session, excluding a notary.
Participants can join the session online from anywhere around the globe.
Inviting Participants
To invite more signers to a notarization:
On the "Participants" step, select either the "Add Signer" or the "Add Witness" button.
Note: Adding a witness to the session from the OneNotary pool costs an additional fee.
2. Fill in the participant’s email address.
3. Press "Next" to move further.
All signers and businesses that our platform notary service can invite up to 6 participants (signers and witnesses) to the session.
Please note that participants must complete identity verification before joining the session.
