How to Accept a Mobile Notarization Invitation From a Business

When you are invited to a mobile notarization, you will receive an invitation to confirm and prepare for your session.

Here is how to get started:

Find the invitation in your email
Check your inbox, as well as Junk/Spam/Promotions folders if needed.

Click the "Get Started" button to open the invitation.

Enter your First and Last Names and Phone Number
Make sure it matches the name on your ID.

Select a date and time

Choose a convenient time to complete your notarization.

Enter the meeting address

Provide the complete and accurate address where the notarization will take place.

Confirm you have a valid photo ID

An acceptable form of government-issued ID is required.

Wait for notary confirmation

As soon as the notary confirms, you’ll be able to view your session details.
