If you're reading this, it means you tried editing a legacy form element (which is still widely used) within a new form section, but this action is restricted.

Legacy Form elements (introduced in 2022) cannot be directly edited or used within the new Form Sections (introduced on February 17, 2025). However, if you still need to use a legacy form, here are your options:

Convert the Form Section into a Regular Section

Click "Convert to regular section" to make it compatible with the legacy form.

Move the Legacy Form to a Regular Section

Add new section from "Blueprints" or general section list, and ensure the section does not have slide navigation and does not display "Edit" in the top-left corner.

Best Practice: Switch to the new Forms & Funnels

For the best experience, replace your legacy form with the new "Form" element instead of "Form (old)" in the element overview.
