Hello and welcome!

We are excited to assist you in creating your first project in Onepage. In this article series, we will introduce you to the user interface, the key features, and the basic principles of our software.

Let’s get started!

Main dashboard

As soon as you sign up, the first thing you see is our Project dashboard. The place where you keep track of all projects created with Onepage.

Your Profile

In your profile, you can access your general account, payment, and invoice information, as well as track received invoices. Through this tooltip, you can also get help or log out.

Navigation Bar and Creating a Project

The navigation bar helps you search for projects, customize your templates, or manage the editor function of the Expert Plan.

  1. Through "Jump to" you can search for projects and pages.

  2. "Recent" shows you the projects you opened most recently.

  3. In the "Shared with me" tab, you can find projects from other Expert Plan users who have invited you to their project.

  4. Under "Projects" you'll find all projects that are currently active in your account.

  5. To customize your page and project templates, you can use the "Templates" tab.

  6. As an Expert Plan user, you can invite other Onepage accounts to your projects under "People" Here, you can also see who has access to which projects and assign permissions to the invited editors.

If you want to create a new project, you can do so in the top right by clicking "Create Project"

Projects

The project overview is the home of your workspace in Onepage and the place where all projects and interactions happen.

Here, you can create projects and manage them through folders and favorites.

A project is a series of pages organized under one domain. Project = website in the general sense. If you create a project with only a single landing page, it still counts as a website with just one page.

A quick example:

You create a project and your first page by setting up the domain myfirstproject.onepage.me. This becomes your main page.

Any additional pages you create will follow the link structure myfirstproject.onepage.me/page1...2...3 (however you name them).

📌 Please note: Don’t worry, you can always change your main page later.

Creating Your First Project

Decide whether you want to start with one of our templates or a blank page, and then set up your domain.

  • The project name is the internal name you use to distinguish one project from another. It will only appear in your project overview.

  • The internal domain is a default domain provided (e.g., myfirstproject.onepage.me). It can be accessed via a URL once you've published your project live. You can choose whether to keep this domain name or replace it with your own domain.
