Videos can be a strong visual element on your landing page. You can include videos in Onepage with just a few clicks.

It is not possible to upload videos from your local storage directly into Onepage.

Videos can only be added in Onepage over a link.

The link can be created by uploading your videos on one of the platforms below:

  • YouTube

  • YouTube Shorts

  • Vimeo

  • Wistia

  • Instagram

  • TikTok

Video as element

In many sections on Onepage you find media elements such as icons or image galleries. That is where you can directly choose a video and add its link.

You can add a video to virtually any part of your site by customising the sections.

STEP 1:

Open the Editing menu. Here you can add new elements.

A list containing suggestions will be opened. In this list you will find a lot of elements that you can add. Go to “+Add item” to view all the suggestions.

STEP 2:

Choose the type of media that should be displayed which in this case is “Video”.

STEP 3:

Add the link to YouTube or Vimeo. Done!

Underneath the link you will find various means of displaying options such as playing the video automatically, uploading a preview, or PLAY icon above the Vimeo.

VIDEO AS BACKGROUND OF A SECTION

STEP 1:

Go to “LAYOUT” in the according section.

STEP 2:

An editing window will pop up. Here you can choose to display the video in the background.

Videos can only be linked to or integrated into Onepage via an Embed-Code.
