You can add or change your payment method in Onepage. Once you have added the new payment method, you will be charged for the new card from the next year/month.
Please follow the instructions below:
Step 1: Login in your account
Log in to Onepage: Onepage Login
Step 2: Open profile settings
Click on the Onepage logo at the bottom right. A menu will open. Now click on "Profile"
Step 3: Open billing
Click on “Billing”.
Here you can also change your payment details or personal information such as country, city, address, company name, zip code or VAT.
Step 4: Change payment method
Go to Payment method and click on “Change”.
Step 5: Add or edit payment method
A new window will open where you can add your new payment method or edit the existing payment method.
Once you have entered all the details, please click on “Confirm”.
📌 Please note: If you use SEPA to pay for the Onepage license, it takes up to 14 business days until your payment arrives. For your convenience, we grant you immediate access to all the features included after upgrading your license using SEPA. However, any further payment actions like switching the license type, buying an add-on (quizzes), etc. aren't possible while your current SEPA payment is pending.

You can see all your invoices in the billing info. This can be found in the Billing tab.

In Onepage you can use forms and quizzes for free, but for logic jumps, advanced analytics and conversion API (from Advanced add-on) you have to buy the add-on. The add-on can only be purchased monthly and can also be cancelled monthly.
