How to change your payment method

How to add or change the payment method on your Onepage account.

Sometimes we need to replace our payment method when the card expires or because of other occasions. In this article, we explain how to do this properly.

Payment methods we accept

Thanks to our payment provider, Stripe, we accept all the major card brands, including Visa / MasterCard / Amex / JCB and others. You can check the full list here. We also support SEPA as an option for our customers within the EU.

To do the switch, follow the process below:

Changing your payment method

To find your billing information, click on the right side bottom on the Onepage logo. This will open a menu, now click on "Profile".

Once you click on "Profile", you will see your private information, like name, email, and so on.

Now please click on the second tab called "Billing" in order to see all your payment details.

Then, when a modal box appears, find the "Payment Method" row and click on "Change." It's where your credit cards/bank accounts are saved.

Sidenote. No worries, we don't keep/save your credit card or bank account directly in Onepage. Stripe, our payment provider, is a highly-secured system in charge. For legal purposes, you can read their privacy policy here.

A new window pops up asking you to add a new one or adjust your current payment method. Here you'll see all the saved payment methods.

Once you have completed the form, click on “Confirm.”

Ensure you set the new payment method as "Active" after finishing. This is how Onepage will start using it starting from the next billing period (month or year, depending on your plan type).

Additional information on SEPA payment option

If you use SEPA to pay for the Onepage license, it takes up to 14 business days until your payment arrives. For your convenience, we grant you immediate access to all the features included after upgrading your license using SEPA. However, any further payment actions like switching the license type, buying an add-on (quizzes), etc. aren't possible while your current SEPA payment is pending.
