Your subscription can only be cancelled if you contact the support team. It is not possible to cancel your licence in your Onepage account.

To get in contact with our support team, click on the Onepage logo in the bottom right corner of your screen and then click on "Get help". Like this, you will open a live chat with the support team.
If you want to cancel your subscription via email, contact us at support@onepage.io.
We do not have a refund policy. If you cancel your subscription after it was already renewed, we do not offer a refund. We will cancel your license for the following month.
