Manage invoices & personal data

In this article, you will learn how to find your invoice and adjust your payment information.

Find invoice details

To find your billing information, follow these steps.

Step 1: Log in to your account

Log in to Onepage: Onepage Login

Step 2: Open profile settings

Click on the Onepage logo in the bottom right corner to open the menu. Then select "Profile".

Step 3: Open billing

Click on "Billing".


Here you can find all information about your current subscriptions, payment details, and billing history.


Change personal data

If you want to change personal information, like your name or address, then follow the same steps as above:

  1. Click on "Profile".

  2. Click on "Billing".

  3. Go to "Billing Info" and click on "Change".

There you can change all your personal data. You can choose between "Private" and "Company". The difference is whether you provide a sales tax identification number (VAT ID) or tax number or not.


Once you have made your changes, please click on "Confirm". These will then be displayed on your next invoice.

📌 Note: If an invoice has already been issued and you change this information retrospectively, the issued invoice will not be automatically adjusted.

Our payment provider Stripe does not allow us to change invoices that have already been created.
