Hello and welcome! We are happy that we can help you build a highly professional and conversion-strong landing page for your company or customer.

Let's get started right away!

🤓 Basics for your perfect understanding 🤓

What is a project?

After logging in, you have the option of creating your first project in Onepage.

A project is a collection of different pages. This means that if you have a company (e.g. “Blumenpower GmbH”), you create a project for this company. You can then create several pages in this project.

The following pages are typical for your website:

1. Landing page (the main page where all your visitors land) - e.g. www.blumenpower.de

2. Imprint - e.g. www.blumenpower.de/impressum

(definitely necessary in DE - a generator such as e-recht24 can also be used for the creation)

3. Privacy policy - e.g. www.blumenpower.de/datenschutz

(definitely necessary in DE - a generator such as e-recht24 can also be used to create this)

You can create several pages in each project in Onepage, which you can then link to each other. This gives you the option of creating a main page with several subpages, which, for example, make a website structure possible.

Your project is assigned a domain that you can freely select. Alternatively, you can also connect your own. Your homepage can then be accessed via the domain, and your subpages via the corresponding domain with slug.

✅ But what is a landing page?

A landing page is a website that is intended for a specific online marketing campaign. It can usually not be reached via the normal homepage of a website and its navigation, but only via ads (be it Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads... etc.) or other online marketing measures that refer to this specific landing page.

The aim is to persuade visitors to take a certain action. This can be the purchase of a product, the download of content such as e-books or contacting the company (your CTA). The landing page therefore focuses exclusively on this one action and visitors are not distracted by other subpages of the website.

A landing page is usually aimed at selling a product or generating leads.

⏩ The landing page is therefore the page where all your traffic - i.e. the visitors to your ad - land. This is where Onepage's strength lies. All templates are graphically optimized so that you can create a landing page with a high conversion rate - i.e. strong sales. ⏪

📢 The command to act - call-to-action

As just mentioned, the focus of a landing page is always on an ACTION INSTRUCTION (we also refer to this as a “call-to-action”).

If you run a flower store, the call-to-action can be, for example, to contact you or to place a pre-order. If you have decided on a call to action, all buttons on your site should refer to this call to action (e.g. “Pre-order flowers now!”).

🏁 Your first steps in Onepage

Log in to Onepage

You will have received an email with your login details after purchasing Onepage and you can always log in here: https://app.onepage.io/

Create your first project

After logging in, you can create your first project. Choose a name that best reflects your project. It may happen that your name is already taken - so be creative! 🤓

Select template

You can either build from scratch in Onepage or use a ready-made template. Especially if you are just starting out, we recommend using one of the templates. You can, of course, customize all content to your liking. But the basic structure will help you get your bearings.

Now you can start customizing your page!

Click on the elements that you would like to customize. You will notice that Onepage has a very clean interface. You only see what is necessary.

This means: If you are looking for a function, click through the elements. You will quickly know exactly where to find what, as Onepage has a very intuitive structure. If you are used to other page builders, you will quickly recognize the advantages and love Onepage.

⚠️ Information for professionals: Many functions will be added gradually. Initially, the very clean overview may seem a little too “lean” if you are used to customizing everything in detail yourself and having to insert every element yourself. Feel free to share your ideas and suggestions with us via Support. We are always happy to receive feedback 🙂
