With Brevo, you can send up to 300 emails per day for free. You can find an overview of Brevo's available plans on the pricing page.

Setting up Brevo

Step 1: Register or log in

You can either register with Brevo if you don't already have an account, or log in if you already have an account.

Step 2: Create a sender in Brevo

  1. In Brevo, click on your name in the top right corner of the screen and then on "Settings".

  2. Go to the "Senders, domains, IPs" tab.

  3. Then click on "Add sender".

For complete instructions on how to create a new sender in Brevo, please refer to the official Brevo article: Creating a new sender.

Step 3: Unblock

In the "Security" tab, under "Blocking unauthorized IP addresses" (Whitelist), please select the Deactivate blocking option.

We recommend disabling blocking, as our IP addresses can change. Manually checking IP addresses may cause connection problems. Your connection is already secured by using the API key.

Step 4: Create an API Key in Brevo

  1. Click on your account name and then on SMTP & API.

  2. Go to the "API Keys" tab and click "Generate a new API key".

  3. Name your API key. Ideally, specify which integration it will be used for so you can easily identify it later.

  4. Click Generate.

  5. Copy your API key and store it in a safe environment.

⚠️ Important: Your API key is only visible during this step. Once created, you cannot copy your API key and will need to create a new one if you lose it.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

If I set up an automation in Brevo with several staggered emails, does it all run through Brevo?

Yes, exactly. Then you don't need an autoresponder with us; you can use full automation via Brevo. It's important, however, that you set up an integration between Onepage and Brevo so that your leads are transferred automatically. This involves not only the custom sender address but also the correct CRM integration (for example, via Zapier or Make).

Here you'll find further articles on integration with Zapier and Make:

How can I automatically send emails to leads?

With Onepage directly, you can only send a single automated email after the form is submitted. For multi-stage automations, such as follow-up emails or campaigns, we recommend using Brevo.

If you have integrated Brevo with Onepage (e.g., via Zapier or Make), you can send automated emails directly through Brevo.
