In this article, you will see how to invite other people in Onepage and work as a team. Collaboration function.

In this article, you will see the different ways to add people to Onepage and also what are the differences between them.

Currently, only the owners of the Expert license (or old Agency/Max licenses) can add guest editors. This function is called "Collaboration" or in the new UI you can find it under the tab "People".

You may add up to 12 individuals (maximum 5 per project) to your Onepage account and share your projects with customers, co-workers, and people who want to participate in the creation of your landing pages. (Example: 5 people in 2 projects and 2 people in the third project. Or 3 people in 4 projects etc.)

⚠️ Important! The person you invite must be registered in Onepage, they must have a Onepage account (free or paid) in order to be able to see and work on your projects.

Now let's see how to invite someone to your projects.

Possibility 1: Invite someone using the "People" tab.

  1. Click on "People", on the left side of the dashboard.

  2. Click on the right side on "Invite a Person".

  3. Enter the user's email address and then click on "Select Project".

  4. Now you can select the projects or folders that the person can see or edit.

    If you want to invite someone to a folder, you must create the folder before.

  5. Then select where you want to give someone access: Website, CRM or Domain.

  6. You can let someone edit or just view or you can restrict access entirely to one of the items.

  7. In the end, click on "Invite".

Now the person you invited will get an email with a notification that they were invited to work in Onepage. They must click on the button from the email and accept the invitation and start working in Onepage.

Using the "People" tab to invite someone, you have the benefit of restricting access for someone.

Possibility 2: Invite someone inside of a project.

  1. Go into the project where you want to invite someone.

  2. Click on Settings.

  3. Go to the tab "Collaboration".

  4. Add the email address and then click on "Invite".

Possibility 3: Invite someone inside a folder

  1. Click on the folder where you want to invite someone.

  2. You will find your folders under the tab "Projects", above all your projects.

  3. If you do not have a folder created, create one by clicking on the folder icon which is on the left side of the button "Create project".

  4. Once you are in the desired folder, click on "Invite member".

5. Write the email address of the person and then click on "Invite".

If you want to limit the access when you invited someone to a folder, then click on their name. A pop-up window will open and then you can choose the settings you want.

🗑️ You can of course delete the person you invited, by clicking on the bin icon on the right side of the email.

💡!Tip!💡

All the people that are invited, can edit existing projects or add new subsites in a project.

We are currently working on the feature of allowing someone who is invited in your account, to create an entirely new project.

This will be available soon, and it will be possible for the people that are invited inside a folder.
