⚠️ Warning: you may need to set up additional DNS records in Onepage, e.g. if your email is connected to this domain.

Read our article how to connect your mail to your domain (MX records).

To add Onepage nameservers in Namecheap, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to "Domain List".

Open Namecheap and go to "Domain List":

Step 2: Select the required domain.

Select your required domain, by clicking "manage":

Step 3: Switch to "Custom DNS".

Go to the Nameserver section and switch over to "Custom DNS":

Step 4: Add "ns1.onepage.io" and "ns2.onepage.io" nameservers.

You need to add 2 nameservers in total:

ns1.onepage.io
ns2.onepage.io

That's it!🎉 You have now added the Onepage nameservers in Namecheap. Please make sure, to add the necessary setting also in Onepage. For that, please go back to the article: Connect domain via nameservers (NS)

Please note: It may take a few hours to connect the domain (up to 48 hours in rare cases). It is therefore acceptable if the domain does not work immediately.
