⚠️ Warning: You may need to set up additional DNS records in Onepage, e.g. if your email is connected to this domain.

Read our article how to connect your mail to your domain (MX records).

To add Onepage nameservers in IONOS, please follow these steps:

Step 1: log in at IONOS and go to "Domains".

Log in at IONOS here.

Klick on "Menu" ➡️ "Domains & SSL".

Step 2: select the needed domain.

Select the domain for which you want to edit the Nameservers and click on the gear icon next to the domain name.

Step 3: click on "use custom name servers".

Step 4: add Onepage Nameservers.

Add the following Nameservers:

ns1.onepage.io
ns2.onepage.io

❗️ Important: make sure to put both nameservers and to save the changes.

Step 5: reload and click "edit name servers".

Reload the page and click on "edit name servers".

From our experience, we can say, that the nameservers are sometimes not immediately saved. If they are missing after reload, repeat step 4, please.

That's it!🎉 You have now added the Onepage nameservers in Namecheap. Please make sure, to add the necessary setting also in Onepage. For that, please go back to the article: Connect domain via nameservers (NS)

Please note: It may take a few hours to connect the domain (up to 48 hours in rare cases). It is therefore possible, that the domain does not work immediately.
