Step 5: Add the nameservers "ns1.onepage.io" and "ns2.onepage.io"

Click on "Your name server" and add the nameservers from Onepage.

You must add a total of 2 name servers:

Frequently asked questions and solutions

Why do I see this error message: "An error has occurred. The specified name server is not responsible for this domain"?

Before you add the name servers at Strato, the domain must already be specified in Onepage. Please carry out steps 2-5 of this guide first.

📌 Please note: It may take some time for Strato to recognise the domain connection from Onepage. Normally 5-15 minutes.

Why don't I see a domain in the domain management?

Make sure that the domain was purchased first.

Do I also need to buy the hosting or the SSL?

Why is my e-mail no longer working?

After your domain has been connected to Onepage using name servers, you must also reconnect your email to the domain at Onepage.
