Below is a guide on how navigation buttons work in Onepage Forms & Funnels 3.0, (also compared to the old “Quiz” element) We’ll cover the new customization options and how to get the most out of them.
Setting Your Navigation Pattern
In the Form Settings, you’ll see three navigation pattern options:
With Back Button
Displays Next and Back navigation at the bottom of each step.
Great for longer forms where you expect users may want to change answers.
Without Back Button
Only shows the Next button.
Ideal for linear flows where going back isn't necessary.
None
No navigation buttons are added automatically.
You’ll handle the navigation manually via a “Submit / Next” button that you can place wherever you like.
When “None” is Selected: Using the Submit Button as Next or Submit
Find the “Submit” Button in the element overview (this is the button that handles form submission)
Position it anywhere you want in your form — top, middle, bottom, literally anywhere in a section.
Automatic “Next” or “Submit”
In the middle of a Form: The button will act like a Next Step button.
On the Last Step: It will automatically act as the Submit button.
This flexibility means you can get creative with your form’s layout without relying on a default bottom-of-the-page navigation bar.
