Tired of logging into multiple different patient portals to see your data? Now you can see all your health records — such as medications, immunizations, lab results, and more — in one place.

Getting Started

Steps:

1) Search for your health system, provider network or provider. If you can't find a match. Please email us and we'll work on adding your provider to our network. We are working hard to make your OneRecord as complete as possible.

2) Click on the location to go to the private login page for your patient portal. You’ll need to authorize OneRecord to access your data. You always own your data 100%. Through a private, whitelisted url of your patient portal login you can authorize OneRecord to pull your data into your OneRecord. You own your data 100%.

3) Watch as OneRecord looks for your data. It might take a few minutes for your information to appear. This all depends on the amount of data, web browser, connection speed and a few other variables. When your data is found it will be brought to your OneRecord for you to review and manage your data!

Note: If you find an issue with your health records regarding the data, contact your provider about it. If you need help - contact the OneRecord Support Team and we will help guide you through the process.

That's it! Try connecting your patient portals today!
