OneRecord is connected to national and state health information networks that we have built connections to so you can search to find any available data across the health care ecosystem. In order to protect the security of the networks, we have to verify and authenticate each OneRecord user who opts to go through our search within our partner networks.

We are working with Experian's health care services division as our chosen partner. This is not a credit check and will not impact your credit score. OneRecord does not store your social security number, or any of the answers you provide during the process. The answers are sent to Experian via an encrypted API.

OneRecord requires your social security number as the strong ID number that uniquely identifies. We follow the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) guidance under the SP 800-63 Digital Identity.
