Below, you'll find instructions on how to process a refund.

Step 1: Update the Merchant app in the App Store -> refer to the guide: How to perform an update?

Step 2: Open the Merchant app, click on an order, and then click 'refund'.

Step 3: Select which products need to be credited.

Step 4: Enter your personal code -> Instructions on how to set up this code can be found at the end of this guide.

Step 5: The refund has been processed and can be identified by the green text 'Refunded'.

Step 6: The refund can be found in the dashboard. You can filter refunds by clicking 'status' and then selecting 'refund'.

Step 7: When you click on the order number (#2351), you can see who processed the refund.

How to set a personal code for 'refunds'?

The personal code has now been added and can be used for refunds.
