How to disconnect the sensor from an account
Please contact our support team by chat or by e-mail at care@onesoil.ai and specify the sensor number and e-mail address associated with your account in your message.
How to set measurement frequency
The sensors send data after every 9 measurements. Measurement frequency can be configured in OneSoil. See how to do that in the web app.

By default, the weather sensor takes readings every 30 minutes and sends data to the OneSoil web app every 4.5 hours.
Sometimes, it takes longer than usual (up to 2 days) to send data due to a poor mobile connection. Keep an eye on the battery level, too. If the battery icon in the web app is red, the sensor isn't receiving enough power to register in the network and send data.
Can I download sensor data?
No, you can't download sensor data from the app. However, you can request a data export by writing to care@onesoil.ai. Please specify the sensor number and the dates for the data export in your e-mail.
