You can delete your OneSoil account in a few simple steps. Please note that all data will be permanently deleted.
🖥 To delete your account in the web app:
Click the 'Profile' icon in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.
Select 'Account settings', then 'Delete account'.
Enter the e-mail address associated with your account and click 'Delete permanently'.
We'll send you a message to the specified e-mail address. To confirm account deletion, follow the link in the message.
If you didn't specify an e-mail address when registering, please send us a message in the app's tech support chat or to care@onesoil.ai.
📱To delete your account in the mobile app:
