Managing Existing Missions

Learn how to make changes to an existing mission and other management actions

Managing Missions: Overview

Find all Missions available to you on the Missions page, under Competitions in the main navigation menu:

  • Active Missions

    Missions that have met their start date, but have not yet ended. They are live!

  • Upcoming Missions

    Missions that have a start date in the future.

  • Ended Missions

    Missions that have met their end date.

Making changes to an existing Mission

  1. Select the settings icon on the right of the mission you'd like to make changes to, and then, Edit.

  2. Editing takes you through to the set-up flow, where you can make changes.

    From here you can change:

    • The Mission name

    • The Duration (start and end dates/time)

    • Who can view the mission

    • Mission Participants

    • Objectives, Incentives and targets

  3. Be sure to save any changes you make.

Deleting a Mission

Simply select the settings icon on the right, and then Delete.

Copying a Mission

For a more efficient way of setting up a Mission that is similar to an existing one, use the duplicate functionality to copy it.

If you want to set up a recurrence of the same, identical mission, set up a new mission with recurrence instead.

Alternatively, edit an existing mission and switch on the recurrence toggle on the details page:
