♻️ What is a recurring competition?
When setting up a new competition, there is the option to make it recurring, so that it starts and ends on a regular schedule, as opposed to it being a one-off event.
Recurrence settings
When creating a new competition, or editing an existing one, simply toggle on recurring competition in the timeframe section, in the competition details page.
Options include:
Timeframe: numeric dropdown and day(s)/week(s)/month(s) dropdown. Example: to set-up an annual recurring league, that runs for the whole year, set the timeframe to 12 months.
Start date: the date the competition starts
Times: specify a time you'd like the competition to start on on the start date, and end on, on the end date.
Timezone: When participants view a competition, they'll see the time in their local timezone. This is based on their system time, and not the timezone set in their individual profile settings.

We'll always automatically calculate the end date based on the selected start date and the duration you've set.
When does the next competition start?
With recurrence, the next competition starts automatically, at the point where the active instance of the competition ends.
