We only support devices that can show a Chromium-based browser (such as Microsoft Edge, or Google Chrome).

It's important that your browser is up-to-date. Check out the Supported Devices article for more information on what works, and how to update your browser.

Check your device's compatibility

Head to TVs in the main navigation menu, and then Screens.

The table here lists all your configured screens, including their compatibility status.

Below, you’ll find the three possible statuses and what they mean for you:

🟩 Green — Fully Supported Browser

Your screen is running an up-to-date browser and everything should work as intended.

🟨 Amber — Limited Compatibility

Your screen’s browser isn't up to date, but still functional.

Your slideshow will still work, but some things might not look quite right. For example:

  • You may need to adjust background images to make text visible

  • Some newer features may not be supported

  • Security vulnerabilities are more likely

Recommendation: Update your browser or consider buying supported hardware for the best experience.

🟥 Red — Not Supported, not functional

Your screen’s browser is very old and insecure. OneUp TV is unlikely to work properly.
