Bullhorn: Connect your CRM to OneUp

Request the details you'll need to connect or reconnect Bullhorn to OneUp

Overview

Before you can connect Bullhorn to OneUp, Bullhorn will need to set up the integration and provide the following connection details:

  • Client ID

  • Client Secret

  • API Username

  • API Password

Contact Bullhorn

Raise a support ticket with Bullhorn and include the following message:

I would like to set up an integration for OneUp Sales (Bullhorn Integration Partner) for my Bullhorn instance.

Please share a copy of the Client ID, Client Secret, API Username and API Password with me, as well as sending them to the OneUp team.

Bullhorn will provide the connection details needed to connect your Bullhorn account to OneUp.

💡 Keep a copy of your connection details somewhere secure. You'll need them if you ever need to reconnect your Bullhorn integration in the future.

Once you have your connection details:

  • If you're onboarding with an Implementation Engineer, send them the details and they'll complete the setup for you.

  • If you're using our self-serve setup flow, return to OneUp and enter the details when prompted.

  • If you're reconnecting an existing integration, follow the steps below.

Reconnecting Bullhorn

  1. In OneUp, click the Settings icon next to your profile picture and select Platform Settings.

  2. Select Integrations in the left-hand menu.

  3. Find Bullhorn and click the 🔒 icon.

  4. Enter your Client ID, Client Secret, API Username and API Password.

  5. Click Connect.

Check the connection

Once connected:

  • The integration status will show as Authenticated.

  • Data will begin syncing into OneUp.

  • Your users, activity and performance data will start appearing throughout the platform.

Troubleshooting ✨

I haven't received my connection details

Check the status of your Bullhorn support ticket. If the integration has been created but you haven't received your connection details, reply to the ticket and request a copy.

My connection failed

Double-check that all details have been copied exactly as provided by Bullhorn.

I've updated my Bullhorn credentials

Reconnect the integration using your new details.

My data isn't appearing in OneUp

The initial sync can take some time to complete. If the integration shows as connected but no data has appeared after 24 hours, contact our Support team.
