HubSpot: Connect your CRM to OneUp

Connect your HubSpot account to OneUp using HubSpot's secure sign-in process.

Overview

Connect HubSpot to OneUp using your HubSpot account. You'll be asked to sign in to HubSpot and approve access to your data.

🔒 You'll need a HubSpot account with permission to connect integrations.

What next?

Choose the option that applies to you:

  • If you're onboarding with an Implementation Engineer, you'll receive a connection link after your first call with us.

  • If you're using our self-serve setup flow, you'll be prompted to connect HubSpot after selecting it from the list of available integrations.

  • If you're reconnecting an existing integration, follow the steps below.

Reconnecting HubSpot

  1. In OneUp, click the Settings icon next to your profile picture and select Platform Settings.

  2. Select Integrations in the left-hand menu.

  3. Find HubSpot and click the 🔒 icon.

  4. Click Connect.

  5. Log into HubSpot if required and select the account you would like to link to your integration.

  6. Check the box to agree to share your data with us and click Connect app.

Check the connection

Once connected:

  • The integration status will show as Authenticated.

  • Data will begin syncing into OneUp.

  • Your users, activity and performance data will start appearing throughout the platform.

Troubleshooting ✨

I can't connect HubSpot

Make sure you're signed in to the correct HubSpot account and that you have permission to connect integrations.

I connected the wrong HubSpot account

Follow the connection steps above and select the correct HubSpot account when prompted. The new connection will replace the existing one.

My integration shows as disconnected

Follow the connection steps above to reconnect your HubSpot account.

My connection failed

Make sure you've approved all permissions requested by HubSpot during the connection process.

If the issue persists, try connecting again.

My data isn't appearing in OneUp

The initial sync can take some time to complete. If the integration shows as connected but no data has appeared after 24 hours, contact our Support team.
