Overview

Do you have a new starter at your business? Here is a guide on how to get their OneUp account linked to their CRM account quickly.

Linking your new starter

  1. First, make sure you have created the new starter an account on your CRM system and the account is activated.

  2. From the top navigation bar, select the menu icon and select Integrations.

  3. On the next page, click Configure on the CRM Integration the new starter has an account with.

  4. On the left-hand side, you will see an option called Users. Within that, click the sub-category Unlinked. You should be able to see your new starter's name in this section.

  5. Hit the blue Link/Create button next to their name, and OneUp will create a new account for that user.

  6. If you’ve missed data for your new starter due to the connection not being set up, pop up on the support chat to one of our team and let us know when your new starter joined the business - we can retrieve the data for you!

Once that's done, you will then need to invite your user to start using OneUp!

  1. From any page on OneUp, click the more menu and click the Users item in the menu that appears.

  2. On the Users page, find your new starter. They may be in the Observers section - you can switch to this using the tabs above your list of users.

  3. Click the blue invite button to the right of the user's name. This will send an invitation email to the same email address the user has on their CRM (seen underneath their name on OneUp).

  4. Ask you user to click the invitation link in the email, where they will be prompted to enter their account details.

If your user was in the observers section, and you would like to see their data on OneUp, you will need to enable the full user switch to the far right of their name on the users page. This will make them a billable user, so be sure you want to do this before continuing.
