The Matrix allows you to report either on individual users or teams you have assigned in OneUp. This article will show you how to switch between these views and manage the users and teams you see in your Matrix.

Switching between user view and team view

To switch between these views, simply toggle the view switch, located at the top right of the page.

Switching between these views will not remember changes you made in either area.

The User Manager

  1. Click the Users & Teams Manager button at the top right of the page.

  2. A User Manager window opens. From here, you can perform various functions. The list shows all users, with those already show in the Matrix highlighted.

Displayed for each user is their name, OneUp account email and any teams they are part of on OneUp. In the actions pane to the far right, you can also view a user's profile by clicking the eye icon.

To add a user:

  1. Find the user you want to add and click the checkbox to the left of their name.

  2. When you're done, click Confirm at the bottom right of the window. The window closes and the Matrix updates with your changes!

If you can't find the user you're looking for, they may be set as an Observer License on OneUp. Ask us if you need more details on this.

To remove a user from a view:

  1. Locate the user you wish to remove in the Users & Teams Manager window.

  2. Click the checkbox to the left of the user's name to delete them.

  3. When you're done, click Confirm at the bottom right of the window. The window will close and the Matrix updates with your changes!

You bulk add and delete all users by clicking the checkbox in the
โ€‹Name column header.

Managing teams

Team management is largely the same as user management. When you switch the toggle at the top right of the Matrix to Teams, your users are grouped by the teams you've assigned them in OneUp.

Click the small chevron to the left of a team name to expand it and view individual user data.

Within the Users & Teams Manager menu, your teams are displayed in this list instead, and a new column is added showing you all the members of each team. You can add and remove teams in exactly the same way as you can for users.
