Overview

The Matrix allows you to customise data columns in many different ways. We're here to walk you through adding, removing, re-arranging and sorting your Matrix columns.

Adding columns

You can add any number of metrics to the Matrix report and they will automatically resize to fit all the data on the screen.

  1. To add a metric, find and click on the metrics dropdown at the top of the Matrix page.

2. A list of all your metrics appear, sorted alphabetically. To select a metric, either scroll through the list and click on your chosen metric, or you can begin typing to search for one.

3. Once you've chosen a metric, a new column will be created at the far right of the Matrix view!

Removing columns

  1. Click the header of the column you wish to remove and a small toolbar will appear with several icons.

2. Click the red bin icon to remove this column from your Matrix view.

3. To bulk remove all columns, click the Remove All Columns button at the top right of your page. This is represented by a rubber/eraser icon.

Re-arranging columns

You can easily drag and drop columns to suit your preferred configuration. Simply click and hold over the metric title, and drag the column to your chosen ordering.

Sorting by columns

You can also sort data in the Matrix by a specific column.

  1. Choose the metric you'd like to sort by.

  2. Click the header of the column you wish to sort and a small toolbar will appear with several icons.

  3. Use the sort icons (the up and down arrows) to sort all matrix data ascending or descending based on this column. To cancel the sort, click the chosen sort icon again.
