By default, your company anthem is a round of applause but some companies have a song in mind, or would rather a different sound such as a bell ding or a sales gong sound.

You need to have an Admin account in order to change your company settings

Creating an audio clip

For anthems, people often use a video on YouTube to convert to mp3 and load into the platform. Bear in mind that you should only use music from non-copyrighted videos as it's illegal to rip copyrighted ones.

  1. Find your YouTube URL for the music you want to use as an anthem.

  2. 🚨We strongly recommend you install an adblocker before visiting - the site may have annoying pop-ups 🚨

  3. Paste the YouTube URL and press Enter.

  4. Click download.

  5. Upload your file.

  6. Clip the duration you want (it should be no longer than 30 seconds)

  7. Click Download.

🚨Check your mp3 file isn't too large - it can't be more than 5MB!

Try using a different cutting tool if you're having problems 🚨

Changing your anthem

  1. Log in to your OneUp Account.

  2. Click your user avatar on the navigation bar on the far right, and select Settings in the pop-out menu.

  3. In the Organisation Settings section in the left-hand menu, click Broadcast.

  4. Click Upload Audio to upload your chosen mp3 clip and you're done!
