By default, your company anthem is a round of applause but some companies have a song in mind, or would rather a different sound such as a bell ding or a sales gong sound.

This is granted to admin roles by default.
Changing your company anthem
Select the manage icon in the main navigation menu, next to your profile picture or initials.
Then, select Platform settings.
Navigate to the Automations page, in the platform section:
In the company and default user anthem section, select upload audio to upload your chosen mp3 clip and you're done!
