How do I change the default date range?

Change the default date range on the Dashboard and Matrix to your preferred time period

By default, your Dashboard and Matrix will show data from the current week. If you'd rather see a different date range by default, you can change this in your Settings.

Changing the default date range


You must have the Manage Settings permissions to make these changes.


  1. Click on your profile picture in the top right of the platform and then click on Settings.

  2. Change your default date period using the dropdown list.

  3. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
