Our automation suite helps you automate the various parts of your sales management and motivation workflow, enabling you to save time and make manual processes more efficient. When you remove the bottlenecks, people have more time to focus on the activities that matter to them, such as selling, coaching and management.

πŸ‘€ What is a custom automation?

Custom Automations allow you to automate an otherwise manual workflow.

Each Custom Automation contains:

  1. A Trigger

    A trigger is what starts an automation/ the event that causes it to fire (eg. when a league ends...)

  2. A Stage or Stages

    A stage is what happens next, as a result of that trigger (e.g., then fire a TV flash).

ℹ️ Automations can have multiple stages but only one trigger.

When an automation is triggered, each stage will be run chronologically as per the automation's setup flow.

What can be done via Automations?

Below is a list of supported automation triggers and stages:

Triggers/ Source events

When...

  • A league ends...

  • At a scheduled date/time...

  • A metric changes...

Stages

Then...

  • Fire a TV flash

  • Fire an In-app flash

  • Email a report

  • Fire Microsoft Teams notification

❗ The email a report stage is only available if you have the 'Export Data' permission.

The Microsoft Teams notification stage is only available for the when a metric changes trigger.
