The TV Flash action allows you to send out information to be displayed on your OneUp TV slideshows. This action is perfect for keeping everybody in the loop by sharing information around the office.
TV Flash events are designed to highlight key updates, such as placements or deals, on a TV screen. The system supports displaying individual consultants or teams, depending on the configuration. However, certain limitations apply, such as the inability to display two separate consultants simultaneously. In such cases, both profiles are merged into one deal, and flashes pop up individually.
The maximum duration for a TV Flash is 120 seconds. This limit ensures that other data slides are displayed regularly, as a flash lasting 120 seconds will prevent other slides from appearing for two minutes.
What does the TV flash actually look like?
The TV Flash action is trigger-aware, which means that the visual display of the flash on the TV will change based upon the trigger you choose on your automation.
Listed below are the different TV flashes that will show based upon the chosen trigger:
'When a league ends' trigger - League End TV-Flash example
When a metric changes example
The TV flash would also include any CRM fields associated with the metric, that were selected as part of the stage configuration.
