Akixi: Send call data to OneUp

Set up automated reports to send us your Akixi call data

Overview

OneUp receives Akixi call data through automated CSV reports sent by email.

To complete the setup, you'll need to configure a scheduled report in Akixi and send it to your dedicated OneUp email address.

You must have the Akixi Reporting add-on for your Gamma Horizon system to set up automated reports.

Before you begin

You'll need:

  • Administrator access to Akixi

  • Your OneUp integration email address

  • Permission to create scheduled reports in Akixi

Find your OneUp email address

Choose the option that applies to you:

I'm reconnecting an existing integration

  1. In OneUp, click your profile picture and select Platform Settings.

  2. Select Integrations.

  3. Find Akixi in the list and click the 🔒 icon.

  4. Copy the email address displayed.

I'm setting up a new integration through the self-serve onboarding flow

  1. Return to the setup flow.

  2. Follow the steps to connect Akixi.

  3. Copy the email address displayed during the setup process.

You'll use this email address as the recipient for your scheduled export.

Update your global Akixi reporting email

  1. Contact your Akixi account manager and ask them to change the global email address that receives scheduled reports to your OneUp integration email address.

Configure your report in Akixi

  1. Log in to the Akixi Horizon Dashboard.

  2. Open the sidebar at the top left and click Reporting.

  3. Click the plus button at the bottom of the sidebar menu to create a new report.

  4. A new window opens. Enter the following information on the first tab:

  5. In the Scheduling tab, enter the following information. Adjust the Run Between Hours to times that suit the business - just ensure that all calls will be captured in the timeframe:

  6. Click OK to set up the report. A new folder will be created and the report will be generated.

  7. Once the report is created, hover over it in the sidebar and click the options menu against it. Then click Copy Report.

  8. Click the same button again on the copy and instead modify the report.

  9. Change the name of the report in the first tab to ‘Today’s Calls - 15 past'.

  10. In the scheduling tab, set the run at minute (hour) option to 15:

  11. Save the report.

  12. Repeat steps 8-12 two more times, adding 15 minutes to the report name and the run at minute (hour) value, to get four reports that are sent at 00 past, 15 past, 30 past and 45 past.

  13. It’s important to also turn off scheduling for any reports that aren’t in the OneUp folder, as these could interfere with your stats on our system.

Troubleshooting

I can't find the OneUp email address for my call data

If you're reconnecting an existing integration:

  1. Go to Platform SettingsIntegrations

  2. Find Akixi/Gamma Horizon

  3. Click the 🔒 icon

Your OneUp email address will be displayed.

If you're using the self-serve onboarding flow, return to the setup process and follow the steps to connect Akixi.

I can't see any user linked accounts available for my CSV integration

Users will only appear in OneUp after call data has been received for them.

If:

  • Automated exports have been configured correctly

  • Your global email address has in Akixi been changed to your OneUp integration email address

  • The first full report has already been sent

  • Users still aren't appearing

My data has stopped updating

Check that:

I can't see any user linked accounts available for my CSV integration

Users will only appear in OneUp after call data has been received for them.

If:

  • Automated exports have been configured correctly

  • The first full report has already been sent

  • Users still aren't appearing

My data has stopped updating

Check that:

  • The global Akixi report email address has been updated to your OneUp email address

  • Scheduled reports have been configured correctly

  • Reports are being generated throughout the day

  • The correct OneUp email address has been used

My data looks duplicated or incorrect

Akixi sends all scheduled reports to a global email address.

Make sure scheduling has been disabled for reports outside the OneUp folder, as additional scheduled reports may interfere with the data received by OneUp.
