How to Change Your Email Address

If your business has rebranded, or someone's name has changed, you may want to alter your own or a team members email addresses.

🚨Altering your email address will change the address you need to log in to OneUp 🚨


There are two methods to access email preferences:

As a basic user:

  1. From the top navigation bar, click on your profile picture in the top right of the page and then select User Settings.

  2. On the new page, ensure the General tab is selected from the options found int he top left corner.

  3. Ensure your name is selected from the 'Change settings for' dropdown list of users

  4. Now you can alter your Email address.

  5. Once done, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save!

As an admin:

  1. From the top navigation bar, click on your profile picture in the top right of the page and select Settings.

  2. On the new page, ensure the General tab is selected.

  3. From the 'Change settings for' dropdown, select the user's name whose email address you wish to change from the list.

  4. Alter the email to the desired address.

  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page, click Save, then you're done!
