Making use of the Entity filter on the Dashboard

The Dashboard allows you to track performance data at the individual, team and company level using the much-loved dashboard style with color coded target dials, activity cards and incentive overviews.

The sections below will cover how to make use of different entity types (user, team and company modes) to change how the dashboard displays data.

Enabling different dashboard modes

The team and company modes can be enabled via the permissions page. The table below shows a breakdown of the available permissions.

Permission

Description

View Company Dashboard

View the company dashboard, showing company level data.

View All Team Dashboards

Users will be able to see the team tab and select any team from the dropdown list.

Changing the mode on the Dashboard

  1. Click the Entity dropdown box towards the top right of the dashboard.
    ​

  2. Then, use the dropdown box on the left to select either User, Team or Company.
    ​

Viewing specific team data on the Dashboard

Once you have selected Team mode, you can then select the Teams you wish to report against on the Dashboard.

  1. Click the Entity dropdown box towards the top right of the dashboard.
    ​

  2. With Team selected on the left, click the dropdown box on the right to select the Team to view.

  3. Click Apply.
