From the top navigation bar, click your profile icon at the top right of the page. Select the Settings item.
From this new page, click the Emails option in the left sidebar. A new menu will appear where you can alter;
If you receive challenge invitations from other users,
If you are sent emails that were the result of a trigger,
If you get emails about your performance through weekly digests,
If you're sent emails regarding the progress of leagues you're in.
All that's left to do from here is to hit Save!
