Stay updated with OneUp emails

Find out about email notifications you can receive from OneUp and how to enable or disable these.

Want to keep a pulse on your performance without even having to log in? OneUp emails are designed to give you a quick, focused snapshot of your progress, delivered straight to your inbox.

If you'd only like to receive certain types of email notifications from OneUp, you can amend the email settings for your user profile.

Access your email settings

  1. Select your user profile icon or initial in the top right, and then, user settings.

  2. Head to the Email area.

    Choose whether you'd like:

  • Digest emails: daily emails about your performance and targets

💡 The Daily Digest is a personalized email sent to you every morning. It provides a clear update on your current performance, highlighting how you are tracking against your individual targets and goals. It’s the perfect way to start your day with a clear understanding of what you’ve achieved and what’s left to focus on.

Note: Managers cannot toggle this on or off for their team members; every user has full control over their own inbox.

  • League emails: emails regarding the progress of league competitions

3. Once you've chosen your email settings, click Save to apply them.

🔐 It's not possible to change the email preferences of other users, even if you have platform Admin permissions.
