This article is for the leaderboard feature located inside our web app, and not the leaderboard slide on OneUp TV.
There are two reasons a user may not appear on the leaderboard: the platform hides them automatically based on certain conditions, or you (or another admin) have turned on a filter in Customize view to hide them. This article covers both.
Customize view filters
The leaderboard has a Customize view menu in the filter bar. Two options here can cause users to disappear from the board:
Hide rows with 0 performance: when enabled, any user or team with no recorded performance in the selected period will not appear.
Hide deleted users: deleted users are hidden by default. When the toggle is enabled, deleted users will not appear regardless of whether they have performance or targets.
To check if one of these filters is active, select Customize view on the right side of the filter bar and review the toggles. If a filter is on and you want to see those users again, turn it off.
Note: if you turn off Hide deleted users, deleted users will appear and follow the same rules as active users:
In target mode, only those with a target set in the period will appear
In performance mode, only those with recorded performance will appear (unless Hide rows with 0 performance is also off).
The user doesn't have a target
When the leaderboard is sorted in target mode, any user without a target set for the selected metric and time period will not appear.
If you'd like a user to appear here, make sure they have a target set for the correct metric and time period
