We hide users on the leaderboard page in certain situations to ensure you're seeing the users that matter on your leaderboard. This article details when and why we hide users. There are two main reasons that a user would not show on a leaderboard:

When the leaderboard is being sorted in target mode we will hide any users that do not have a target set in the time period for the selected metric.

If you would like your users to appear here, make sure they have a target set for the correct metric and time period.

We hide deleted users differently in target mode vs. performance mode.

When in target mode:

When the leaderboard is sorted by targets, we will hide a deleted user if they have a target set but have no performance for their target in the time period. If they have performance, they will still show.

When in performance mode:

When the leaderboard is sorted by performance, we will hide a deleted user if they have no performance in the time period. If they have performance, they will still show.
