Managing billing information on OneUp

If you are a user with permission to manage billing, you can get to invoices and other info from within the platform.

Accessing the Billing page

πŸ”To access the Billing page, you must have permissions to view it. By default, this is disabled for all users.

Permission required: Manage Billing Information

We recommend you create a unique Billing role to apply to select users at your business who are trusted with billing and finances. Learn how to configure permissions and create a new role here.

To get to the Billing page, select the manage icon in the main navigation menu, (next to your profile picture or initials), and then, Billing.

On the new page, you will be presented with the following options:

  • You can update your billing information, including email address in the Account Information tab.

  • If the billing address for your payment method has changed, you can update this in the Billing & Shipping Address tab.

  • Payment Methods is where you can change your method of payment.

  • Billing History is where you can view previous invoices, and download them if needed.

I can't see the Billing option in the dropdown

We recommend you create a unique Billing role to apply to select users at your business who are trusted with billing and finances. Alternatively, you could add the Billing permission to your Admin role. Learn how to configure permissions and create a new role here.

I have a question about a recent payment or invoice on my billing page
