How to change the days of your working week

If your team works days outside of the usual Monday-Friday, this is how you can get OneUp to reflect the days you and your team do work.

Changing the working week setting

Changing the working week setting affects all users on the OneUp platform. Be sure seek approval from a senior member of the team before following these steps.

  1. Navigate to Manage in the main navigation menu, and then, Customize OneUp.

  2. On the General tab, scroll down to see the Working Week dropdown menu. Select the option that best fits your company work week and click Save on the bottom right.

  3. Once this is changed it will be reflected when you select 'This Week' as the date range on the Dashboard and in Reporting.

Tips πŸ’‘

  • Changing the working week setting will also alter how weekly targets are calculated. When looking a time period smaller than a week for metrics with targets set, OneUp will dynamically recalculate the target based on the number of days in your working week. If your working week setting was previously five days but has now changed to seven, the value of recalculated targets will appear differently.

  • If anyone in your team has OneUp open on their browser when you apply the working week setting change, they will need to refresh their webpage to see the updated working week setting.
