Changing the working week setting
Changing the working week setting affects all users on the OneUp platform.
π Permission required: Manage Settings
Head to the Manage icon in the main navigation menu (next to your profile picture or initials), and then, Platform Settings.

In the Dates & Times area under Platform, find the Working Week dropdown menu. Select the option that best fits your company work week.
βIf you select an option that doesn't include the weekend, such as Monday-Friday a checkbox will appear: working weeks include weekends.
π‘ When this is enabled, weekends will be included in date selection for working week calculations, but expected performance will remain based on the working week.
Using the Monday-Friday working week example with the weekend setting enabled: if work was done over the weekend, targets and expected performance will still be divided by 5 (as per your working week), but the weekend performance/data will be included in reports.
Select Save. Your working week will be reflected when you select 'This Week' as the date range on the Dashboard and in Reporting, as well as in your target calcuulations.
Tips π‘
Changing the working week setting will also alter how weekly targets are calculated. When looking a time period smaller than a week for metrics with targets set, OneUp will dynamically recalculate the target based on the number of days in your working week. If your working week setting was previously five days but has now changed to seven, the value of recalculated targets will appear differently.
If anyone in your team has OneUp open on their browser when you apply the working week setting change, they will need to refresh their webpage to see the updated working week setting.
