Connecting an Existing User to a New Integration Account

Is there a new user on your platform that hasn't been linked to your CRM? Or maybe you have an existing user that has only just started using your VOIP system? Whatever the situation, here is a guide on how to get their account linked up to OneUp.

  1. Head to Settings and then Users

  2. On the right of the page you will see a column titled Linked Integration Accounts.

  3. Search for the user you need to link an account for. If they have no linked accounts, the Linked Integration Accounts column will look like this:

    If your user does have linked accounts the column will look like this:

    From here, click on the dropdown arrow to open up the Linked Integration Accounts menu.

  4. Search for the users name in the search box on the right of the page:

  5. When you have found the account you want to link all you need to do is press the green button and then save your changes:

And that's all there is to it - the user is now all linked up! Their data will be pulled onto OneUp automatically so there is nothing else you need to do 😊
