Every workflow has an owner - the person that is in charge of the workflow. Only the owner of a workflow will be able to:
Edit the workflow stages
Update the name
Enable/disable the workflow
Delete the workflow
If you are not the owner of a workflow, you will still be able to view it however you will be viewing it in read-only mode.
